Common Help
- If a purchase succeeds but Gold does not appear, relaunch the app and reopen the Treasury panel.
- If leaderboard data looks delayed, check your network connection and try refreshing the leaderboard again.
- If a revive button is unavailable, confirm that the current run has not already used the premium revive.
- If the next-run Supply Pack does not seem active, start a brand-new run instead of resuming an old one.
Purchase Support
Emberfall offers Gold purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. Gold can be spent on upgrade rerolls, Supply Packs for the next run, and a single revive after a failed run.
If you contact support about a purchase issue, please include the product you bought and approximately when the purchase happened.
Leaderboard Support
Emberfall uses CloudKit-backed leaderboard storage for supported score data. A display name, score details, and a pseudonymous player identifier may be stored to maintain ranking integrity.
If your leaderboard entry looks wrong or does not appear, send your display name, score, wave reached, and a screenshot of the result screen if possible.
