Welcome to Last Keep support. If you need help with gameplay, purchases, leaderboard sync, or revives, this page has the fastest way to reach us and the core troubleshooting steps to try first.

Please include Device model, iOS version, app version, screenshots if available, and whether the issue is related to gameplay, purchases, or leaderboards.

Common Help

  • If a purchase succeeds but Diamonds do not appear, relaunch the app and retry the action that uses the balance.
  • If leaderboard data looks delayed, check your network connection and try opening the leaderboard again after a short wait.
  • If a revive fails, confirm that you have at least 1 Diamond available before retrying.
  • If visuals or screenshots appear outdated, make sure you are running the latest build.

Purchase Support

Last Keep offers Diamond purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. Diamonds can be used for revives during gameplay. For billing issues, Apple may also be able to help directly through your purchase history.

If you contact support about a purchase issue, please include the product you bought and approximately when the purchase happened.

Leaderboard Support

Last Keep uses CloudKit-backed leaderboard storage for supported score data. A display name, score details, and a pseudonymous player identifier may be stored to maintain rankings and score integrity.

If your leaderboard entry looks wrong or does not appear, send your display name, score, wave reached, and a screenshot of the result screen if possible.
